Parkour can be described as " activity with the aim of moving from one point to another as efficiently and quickly as possible, using principally the abilities of the human body. It is meant to help one overcome obstacles, which can be anything in the surrounding environment—from branches and rocks to rails and concrete walls." (via Wikipedia)

Learn to move efficiently and directly while avoiding injuries. Parkour is a physically and mentally challenging sport. You will be instructed in basics including; kong vault, dash vault, speed vault, reverse vault. The facility is complete with pads, rails, and scaffolding to practice the realism of outdoors.
